Our services are digitally delivered and do not involve physical shipping. Upon confirmation of order/payment, all communication and delivery will be done through electronic channels such as:

• Client dashboard or project portal (if applicable)

• Cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

• Direct transfer via secure servers

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the type of service:

Exact delivery timelines will be communicated and agreed upon in the project proposal or contract. Delays may occur in case of:

• Client-side delays in providing content/feedback

• Scope changes or technical challenges

• Force majeure events

Once the project or service is delivered:

• You will receive a delivery confirmation via email

• Access credentials (if any) or files will be shared securely

• Any post-delivery support or revisions will be handled as per the service agreement

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you have not received your deliverables within the expected time:

• Please check your spam/junk folder

• We will respond within 2 business days to resolve the issue

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information provided by the client.
