1. Cancellation Policy
a. Service-Based Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service you’ve requested (such as digital solutions, software development, design, or consulting services), please notify us in writing at contact@10mrise.com as soon as possible.
Before Project Commencement: Full refund available, minus any payment gateway charges (if applicable).
After Project Start: A partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated.
Post Completion: No cancellations or refunds will be processed once the service is fully delivered or marked complete.
b. Subscription Services
For recurring subscriptions (if applicable), you can cancel anytime. Access will continue until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will not renew. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
2. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
The service was not delivered as promised.
The customer raises a valid issue within 7 days of delivery.
The customer cooperates with our team to resolve the concern before initiating a refund.
b. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registration, server/hosting fees, and third-party software purchases
Completed design, development, or digital marketing services
Delays caused due to client-side non-responsiveness or lack of input
Custom services, once approved and executed
c. Processing of Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
Payment gateway fees, bank charges, or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.
